Ken Sanocki joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a partner in its Energy and Climate Solutions practice in San Francisco, the firm announced Tuesday.
Sanocki advises companies, sponsors, and investors on structured and project finance across renewable energy, storage, and climate infrastructure. He will also support clients in capital formation and strategic transactions, including the development of portfolios of revenue-generating assets, as well as companies preparing for IPOs or pursuing M&A activity, the firm said.
He joins from Sunrun.
