White House resubmits nomination for FERC General Counsel James Danly to become a commissioner on the energy regulator, according to notice of nominations sent to Senate.
- Danly was originally nominated last year, but didn’t receive a confirmation vote
- Danly would serve remainder of former Commissioner Kevin McIntyre’s term that ends June 30, 2023
