White House Pushes to End Kids’ Climate Case Over Fossil Fuels

The Biden administration urged a court to dismiss a lawsuit over global warming that’s become known as the kids’ climate case.

An amended complaint about the government’s continued use of fossil fuels should be dismissed based on procedural rules and an order from the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the administration said Thursday in a filing with the US District Court for the District of Oregon.
