Vietnam, Thailand and Nepal Join India in Setting Net-Zero Goals

India isn’t the only country making waves with new net-zero targets at the COP26 climate summit.

Vietnam set its first target for carbon neutrality at the conference in Glasgow on Monday, while Thailand and Nepal raised the ambition of their plans. While their emissions are relatively smaller, the pledges are still key as their developing economies means growing energy consumption in the years to come, and more emissions if it doesn’t come from clean power.
