Venture Global Sues to Obtain Land for CP2 Connection Pipeline

Venture Global CP Express LLC is seeking to condemn land in Texas and Louisiana for its natural gas pipeline that’s intended to connect existing pipelines in the states to the CP2 LNG export project on the Gulf Coast.

The company on Wednesday asked the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas to declare that CP Express has the right to exercise eminent domain over the land easements it pointed to in its court filings.
