Utah Governor Wants More Electric Charging Stations and Transit

Utah Gov. Gary R. Herbert (R) is calling on lawmakers to support his requests for $66 million for fast electric vehicle charging stations and $34 million for heavy rail, light rail, and bus transit.

Herbert, giving his final State of the State address on Wednesday, said Utah should build more commuter rail lines and keep all forms of transportation in mind when designing roads.
