US Sets March Oil, Gas Lease Sale in Alaska’s Petroleum Reserve

The Interior Department plans to hold a lease sale March 9 in Alaska’s National Petroleum Reserve, according to a notice Thursday by the Bureau of Land Management.

• The sale, first of five in NPR-A mandated by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, will involve over 600 tracts spanning approximately 5.5 million acres: BLM
