US Issues South Bow Permit for Pipeline at US-Canada Border

President Trump granted a permit to South Bow to operate and maintain an existing pipeline for facilities at the US-Canada border for the transport of hydrocarbon and petroleum products, the White House says.

• The White House issues a notice of the presidential permit, which Trump signed Monday
• The facilities impacted by the permit are in North Dakota, at the international border between the US and Canada, the notice says
