United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change executive secretary Christiana Figueres discusses the second section of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s Fifth Assessment Report covering Earth’s vulnerability to the impacts of climate change. IPCC reports, all of which will be synthesized for a final report to be released in October, will be used by policy makers and others as they hammer out an international climate agreement by the end of 2015.
