U.S. Energy Secretary Rick Perry is scheduled to travel to Moscow this week, the first trip by a cabinet-level American official to the Russian capital in more than a year, according to people familiar with matter.
Perry is set to meet Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak Sept. 13, the people said, asking not to be named as the information isn’t public yet.
