Two Leading Federal Environmental Lawyers Jump to Perkins Coie

Top environmental lawyers from the White House’s Council on Environmental Quality and the Justice Department are joining the law firm Perkins Coie LLP.

CEQ’s Edward Boling and the Justice Department’s Stacey Bosshardt will help expand the firm’s environmental practice, Perkins Coie announced Thursday.

Boling served as CEQ’s associate director for the National Environmental Policy Act during a tumultuous time, helping to enact the agency’s dramatic rewrite of federal review requirements. The NEPA regulatory update was finalized earlier this year and is facing multiple lawsuits.
