Two Airport Workers Seek Supreme Court Review of Airplane Gate Deicing in Denver

Two workers at Denver International Airport have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review the practice of using deicing fluid at the airport, which they claim causes dangerous indoor concentrations of hydrogen sulfide in the concourse (Crandall v. City and County of Denver, Colo.).

Terri Crandall and Joann Hubbard, who both worked for United Airlines on Concourse B of Denver International Airport where plane deicing was conducted, want the Supreme Court to review the decision against them by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
