The Trump administration is moving forward with efforts to thwart the New England 1 wind farm planned off the coast of Massachusetts.

The US Bureau of Ocean Energy Management asked a federal judge to send back for further review a key permit granted to the project, according to a filing. The administration had signaled in a court filing in September its intention to reconsider approval of the development.
