Trump Picks Former EPA Legal Official as Agency’s Number Two

David Fotouhi, a veteran of President-elect Donald Trump’s first administration, has been nominated as the second-ranking official at the EPA when Trump returns to office Jan. 20.

In a Saturday post on Truth Social, Trump said Fotouhi would “advance pro Growth policies, unleash America’s Energy Dominance, and prioritize Clean Air, Clean Water, and Clean Soil for ALL Americans.”
