Trump Lawyers Urge Court to Keep Climate Rule Case On Track

The Trump administration says litigation over the EPA’s Affordable Clean Energy rule is too important to put on hold in federal court.

In an Oct. 4 filing to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the Environmental Protection Agency pushed back on an effort by Democrat-led states and environmental groups to temporarily freeze legal challenges to the climate regulation.
