Trireme Suit Against Innogy for Renewable Projects Goes to Trial

Renewable energy companies Trireme Energy Holdings Inc. and Innogy Renewables US LLC narrowed their contract dispute over a 2017 merger agreement and moved ahead to trial with only limited claims.

Judge Jennifer L. Rochon June 30 agreed to the parties’ stipulation. Trireme dropped its claims over Innogy’s alleged failure to exercise reasonable efforts to develop the Cassadaga Project—a 125.5-megawatt wind farm in upstate New York.
