The U.S. Supreme Court will review a ruling that hamstrung the PennEast pipeline and could affect how other projects are routed.

The high court on Wednesday agreed to review a lower court’s decision that blocked PennEast from seizing state-owned land in New Jersey to build the $1 billion proposed natural gas conduit.
