The U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments Jan. 19 in a closely watched procedural case involving climate litigation.
The high court released its January argument schedule on Wednesday, setting BP Plc v. Mayor & City Council of Baltimore for the day before President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration.
