SunPower CEO Faricy Departs as Inflation Hits Rooftop Solar (1)

SunPower Corp. Chief Executive Officer Peter Faricy has left the company after less than three years as inflation and policy changes buffet the US rooftop solar industry.

Until a permanent replacement can be found, the board has formed an office of the chairman, led by former CEO Tom Werner, according to a statement Tuesday. Werner rejoined SunPower as executive chair last week to help lead the company through the turmoil.
