An environmental group dropped its suit alleging
Save RGV sued in October alleging the space technology company installed a launch pad cooling system without acquiring a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit. The group filed a notice of dismissal and the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas promptly tossed the case on Tuesday.
