Solvay Must Face New Jersey Residents’ PFAS Pollution Claims

A federal district judge denied Solvay Specialty Polymers USA LLC‘s attempt to dismiss New Jersey residents’ concerns that the company contaminated their drinking water, saying the residents presented sufficient evidence to support their claims.
