Simply Tropical Contains Undisclosed PFAS, Suit Says (Correct)

Simply Tropical juice, made by The Simply Orange Juice Company, contains PFAS, a family of “forever chemicals” known to be harmful to humans and the environment, a new proposed class action alleges.

The proposed class, made up of individuals who purchased Simply Tropical, alleges Coca-Cola deceives consumers by marketing the products as made with “all natural” ingredients, when in reality, independent testing determined that the products contain PFAS. Coca-Cola owns the juice company, which was also named in the complaint.
