SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Inc. settled with environmental groups over claims the company unlawfully polluted San Diego’s Mission Bay through fireworks displays.
The Coastal Environmental Rights Foundation and San Diego Coastkeeper filed a proposed consent decree Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of California, bringing an end to the groups’ Clean Water Act lawsuit.
