The US District Court for the Central District of California on Thursday dismissed claims brought by the Center for Biological Diversity and Wishtoyo Foundation, ruling the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act didn’t require a notice and comment period for the revised production plan for the restart of a long-dormant offshore drilling production.
