Rockwell, Dow to Pay $375M in Rocky Flats Settlement

Rockwell Automation and Dow Chemical Co. have agreed to pay $375 million to resolve the long-standing claims of a class of landowners near Rocky Flats, a former Energy Department nuclear weapons plant near Denver (Cook v. Rockwell Int’l Corp., D. Colo, 90-CV-00181, 5/19/16).
