Conservation groups lost their bid to halt federal agency approvals for Revolution Wind LLC’s wind project off the coast of Rhode Island after a federal judge said a step was skipped.
The motion was rejected because the organizations didn’t meet or confer with the defendants before filing, which is required by a US District Court for the District of Columbia local rule, Judge Royce C. Lamberth said Tuesday.
