Renergy Inc. was cited by the Environmental Protection Agency for alleged permit violations at its Dovetail Energy facility in Greene County, Ohio, and Emerald BioEnergy LLC facility in Morrow County, Ohio, according to a Friday news release.
The agency allegedly found the facilities had excess emissions from flare and engine operations and improper operation of the flares, and that the company didn’t report all parameters required by facility permits, according to the EPA.
The EPA said it has the option to seek administrative or judicial civil action.
