While Obama-era environmental policies may be on the chopping block at Scott Pruitt’s EPA, the administrator will still need to consider whether to replace them.

Pruitt has made moves to roll back climate, air, Superfund, and water rules, but as attorneys tell Amena Saiyid and Abby Smith, that doesn’t mean the agency has less work to do in 2018.
