Plug Power Names Crespo CEO, Marsh Stays as Executive Chair (1)

Plug Power Inc. is replacing longtime Chief Executive Officer Andy Marsh, who engineered the company’s transformation into one of the key players in the burgeoning hydrogen energy industry.

Jose Luis Crespo, currently the chief revenue officer, will take over as CEO when Plug submits its next annual report, likely in March, according to a statement Tuesday. Marsh will remain as executive chairman. Crespo will also become president this week, replacing Sanjay Shrestha, who is stepping down.
