The US District Court for the Central District of California on Thursday adopted a tentative ruling issued Dec. 17 granting PG&E’s intervention motion. PG&E had a timely filing and has “significant protectable interest” in the case, the court found.
“As PG&E and not the DOE owns and operates the DCPP, the existing Defendants cannot be expected to adequately represent PG&E’s interests in the action,” Judge George H. Wu wrote.
