A recently released federal PFAS exposure report is likely to be submitted in toxic tort cases, but influence only certain medical monitoring claims, attorneys say.

A Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) agency’s final report documented the exposure to seven per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in drinking water in 10 communities near military sites.
