PennEast Gas Pipeline Seeks Supreme Court Review of Land Clash

Developers of the proposed PennEast pipeline are pushing the Supreme Court to get involved in a New Jersey land dispute that could derail the $1 billion project.

Lawyers for PennEast Pipeline Co. LLC last week petitioned the justices to review a ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit that blocked the company from seizing state-owned land.
