John Patten has joined Paul Weiss as a partner in the corporate department in London, the firm said Tuesday.
Patten advises clients on the technology, IP, and data components of complex commercial and corporate transactions, according to Paul Weiss. He also provides advice on data protection compliance as it relates to European data privacy laws.
He has experience negotiating intellectual property, technology, and data-driven commercial contracts, said the firm.
