Oregon Ranchers Pile on Legal Claims Against Trump Water Rule

Oregon ranchers are challenging the Trump administration’s new water jurisdiction rule in court, saying it violates the Clean Water Act and the Constitution.

The Oregon Cattlemen’s Association filed a supplemental complaint late Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, building on an existing lawsuit that challenged earlier interpretations of the scope of federal water protections.
