A landfill operator in Seneca County, Ohio, reached a settlement with the regional solid waste management district over a rule governing design standards for facilities.
WIN Waste Innovations of Seneca County LLC’s proposed stipulation of dismissal was approved by the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio Tuesday, though the terms of the agreement were not disclosed in court filings.
