Northern Natural Gas Co. Granted Easements for Border Stations

Northern Natural Gas Co., a Nebraska-based interstate natural gas pipeline operator, was granted land easements and a right of way in Scott County, Minn. by a federal judge.

The company constructed two town border stations—which the court said “reduce the pressure of the natural gas stream delivered downstream of the station"—on the land in question in 2021. Gas is delivered to Minnesota Energy Resources Co. facilities that serve Elko New Market, Minn. and the surrounding area.
