North Dakota said a land management plan finalized under Biden administration unlawfully curbs energy development in a suit filed Tuesday.
The Bureau of Land Management ignored the objections of the state and revised a decades-old resource management plan in violation of the National Environmental Policy Act and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act, according to a complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of North Dakota.
