Bayer CropScience, Inc. (Amchem) secured the exclusion of specific causation opinions of a plaintiff’s expert who asserted the adhesive maker was liable in an asbestos case under the “each and every exposure” theory, according to a recent U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana ruling (Comardelle v. Pa. General Ins. Co., 2015 BL 1005, E.D. La., No. 13-6555).
