New England Warehousing Group LLC, based in West Haven, Conn., has agreed to pay a $109,635 penalty for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act’s General Duty Clause and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, according to the EPA Wednesday.
The company has also agreed to certify compliance with GDC and EPCRA requirements, according to the Environmental Protection Agency.
The agency said it first documented the alleged violations during an inspection at the facility.
