Musk’s New Starlink Satellite Fleet Wins D.C. Cir. Approval (1)

SpaceX can continue with its plan to launch and operate 7,500 Starlink satellites, a federal appeals court said Friday.

An environmental group sought to revoke Federal Communications Commission licenses for the project.

The commission’s order approving the system was lawful and reasonably explained, the three-judge panel of the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit said, affirming the lower court’s ruling.
