Musk Says EV Skeptic Trump Calls Him and Is a Cybertruck Fan

Elon Musk shouted-out Donald Trump while addressing his legion of followers and Tesla Inc. shareholders during the carmaker’s annual meeting, saying the former president calls him often and is a “huge fan” of the Cybertruck.

“I have had some conversations with him and he does call me out of the blue for no reason,” Tesla’s chief executive officer said Thursday from the company’s Austin headquarters. “I don’t know why, but he does.”
