Mountain Valley Pipeline Sues Alleged West Virginia Protesters

Mountain Valley Pipeline LLC is suing two women it claims intentionally stopped work on the pipeline in West Virginia.

The more than 300-mile-long natural gas project traversing parts of West Virginia and Virginia stirred up a litany of lawsuits, including ones from environmental groups that challenged the constitutionality of the law that paved the way for the pipeline’s completion.
