More than 1,000 EPA employees have filed individual grievances against the agency for seeking to end remote work and telework, according to the agency’s biggest union.
The raft of new filings come in support of two grievances the American Federation of Government Employees Council 238 filed in mid-February.
One grievance, reviewed by Bloomberg Law, argues the agency “clearly violated the plain language” of a contract between the union and the Environmental Protection Agency signed last summer.
