A Maui water pollution case will restart in federal district court after a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in the litigation.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday returned Hawai’i Wildlife Fund v. County of Maui to the federal district court in Hawaii with instructions to conduct further proceedings “consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.”
