The National Association of Manufacturers and the American Chemistry Council petitioned the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit on Monday to review an EPA rule setting national limits on the amount of PFAS in drinking water.
The Association and Council are trade groups that advocate for the interests of manufacturing and chemical companies.
