BANGKOK—Malaysia is working on a new regulation affecting classification, labeling, and safety data sheets (CLASS) for hazardous chemicals that could be issued by the end of the year, an industry specialist told a July 18 webinar.
The CLASS regulation is designed to implement the United Nations’ Globally Harmonized System (GHS) for Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.
