Longtime EPA Veteran Charlotte Bertrand Jumps to Wiley Rein

Charlotte Bertrand, an EPA official for more than 20 years, has joined Wiley Rein LLP as a senior policy adviser in the firm’s environment and product regulation practice.

As part of her new role, Bertrand will help clients conduct, analyze, and manage scientific risk assessments, according to a Wiley Rein statement released Monday.

• Bertrand held several roles at the Environmental Protection Agency, including associate deputy administrator for programs in the Office of the Administrator and other roles in the offices of water, chemical safety, and land and emergency management.
