A federal court has dismissed
The US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit Sept. 16 dismissed Lanxess’ case challenging an order the EPA issued in March requiring it and 19 other manufacturers to carry out aquatic toxicity and consumer exposure tests for o-dichlorobenzene, which helps produce soaps, inks, and lubricants.
