Kinder Morgan Urges Justices for Stay of ‘Broken’ Ozone Rule

Energy transport company Kinder Morgan wants the Supreme Court to halt the EPA’s traveling ozone rule on a national level, according to a brief filed Wednesday.

The request—brought by Kinder Morgan Inc., Enbridge Inc., American Petroleum Institute, and other companies and industry groups—is part of a petition for an emergency stay of national “Good Neighbor” rules, which were strengthened by the Environmental Protection Agency this year.
