Kazakhstan’s Tau-Ken Samruk will work with the US Department of State and National Geological Survey to “explore promising areas” of mining rare metals,” the state-owned mining company says on its website.
- MoU “provides for an independent assessment of rare metal resources and the investment potential,” including sampling, hydrological and laboratory tests, geochemical studies, as well as a financial analysis of the Kazakh mineral resources sector
